Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All items on the website are guaranteed to be in stock.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency at the current exchange rate.

We accept most credit and charge cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or fax. For security reason lease do not send card details by mail.

All products are supplied with premium GP Ultra ALKALINE batteries. (GP Manufactured in Germany for many well known premium brands). Do not confuse these with cheap dry cells. These batteries are supplied because at full speed they provide 30% more power for 5 times longer. This ensures that you get the best performance from your toys!!!

Shipping And Handling

All orders are packed in a secure and utterly discrete cardboard pack and shipped by Air Sure Royal Mail. This service is very reliable and we are available to talk to you if anything goes wrong. Email us or call us we will do everything we can to resolve any problems. The return address on the package is a personal address at a Post Office box. There are no external clues as to the contents of the parcel.


Delivery Schedule

We aim to ship all orders placed on our website the same day or atthe very latest the next working day by Royal Air Sure mail. Delivery to the mainland US takes bewteen 4 and 7 working days.

Back Orders

All items displayed on the Website are in stock. Out-of-stock items do not appear on the website. Your ButtonToy is reserved for you as soon as you enter your payment details. If for some reason we are unable to ship you order as promised that we will contact you within 1 working day and offer to back order for you. You are guaranteed the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. NOTE THAT INA ALL CASES YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE DISPATCH YOUR GOODS.
