How do I shop at ButtonToys?

Are my details secure?
We accept all major credit cards via state of the art 1024 bit secure encryption. What this
means is that it would take the combined processing power of all the PCs
in the country working 24 hours a day for several years to decipher the
details. Your details are not retained and we promise never to disclose
your contact details to any third party. Even our staff will
not see your credit card details!!!
When
will the goods be Shipped?
Orders are usually shipped the same or the following working day.
The majority of shipments to the UK are received the next working day
after shipment. Orders to mainland Europe and the USA are received 4 to 7
working days after shipment. Fedex orders are given priority and are
usually received 3 working days after order.
How will the package be delivered?
We ship in a plain brown wrapper. There is no external identification and the tough
packaging will ensure that the contents will stay concealed within.
The return address gives no clue as to the contents or origin of the
package.

We cover all of Europe and the United States, Canada and Australia.
Are
batteries included?
All ButtonToys products are shipped with Camera-Quality
Alkaline High Power long-life batteries. This ensures maximum output and
performance where ordinary batteries will limit the output of your toy.

happens if you have problems?
We offer a 1 year unconditional guarantee that our products are manufactured to the highest
quality. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we will refund
your money provided the toys have not been used. We pride
ourselves on the level of customer service and support we offer. Our motto
is 'Sort it Out'. We are usually able to resolve most problems by email or
